Workpackage 2 - Survey research

Survey Report

One of the aims of this WP is to identify the learning needs and potential challenges faced by youth workers in terms of well-being and sustainability. The findings of this survey were analyzed and will now serve as a base for developing the e-learning Moodle course during the WP3.

The survey aimed to respond to the following needs:

  • gather and respectively analyze concrete real-time needs of the youth work sector in terms of supporting the concept of well-being and sustainability for young people.
  • create a pool of specific learning needs of the youth workers correlated with mental and physical well-being.
  • collect concrete cases, best practices, and challenges met by the sector while carrying out well-being and sustainability activities
  • defining the risks and potential difficulties on the way to integrate activities related to well-being and sustainability, according to the representatives of the sector (i.e. youth workers).

The survey results are now allowing the partnership to create and benefit from a quality vast needs analysis among the sector in order to structure the learning needs to be responded to by the Moodle (WP3) learning modules content.
