ACT O'Clock is a Romanian NGO dedicated to promoting integrity, social awareness, and sustainability by providing educational opportunities and initiatives for young people

Croatia

DrONe - Association for Social Development and Non-Formal Education is aims to promote the development of civil society and the promotion of education and lifelong learning.

Portugal

"Associação MY MADEIRA ISLAND" aims to support the cultural and social development of Madeira and to develop social and personal skills of young people and adults.

How is the project connected with the EU?

The “Happy Me, Healthy Planet” project aligns seamlessly with the European Youth Strategy and the newly launched Erasmus+ program (2021-2027). Specifically, it mirrors the cooperative partnerships mission, directly tackling digital transformation in the youth work sector. The project’s primary objective dovetails with the Erasmus+ agenda, emphasizing the enhancement and promotion of quality and recognition in youth work.

Notably, the project is funded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union, showcasing its integration with broader EU priorities.
